Unacceptable behavior and you handled it like a pro! Flight attendants are so underappreciated. You're a great storyteller and your channel provides good information so I subscribed. I'm in the Portland area so thanks for your new video introducing the PDX makeover.

Unbelievable! It's shocking that people would behave that way on a plane. Thanks for sticking up for yourselves and the other passengers. You guys are heroes!

Thanks so much, Chris. Very kind of you to say. Yes sometimes people might forget themselves but we just have to remain professional through it all. Thanks so much for watching and subscribing. Have a wonderful evening.😁

First Class need to chill and realize a Flight IS NOT an open bar. There is complimentary drinks for service, and some snacks for a customer experience not a buffet. It becomes ridiculous when behavior like that occurs and the Flight Deck should never tolerate these type of clientele no matter the class seat. I would’ve handed them a Violation Card for misconduct and have our pilots informed of their arrogance so they take their service elsewhere. No FA needs to put up with stupid alcoholics and mainlands should inform that to all customers.

Looking back, I do think that my flight leader handed them a violation card as well. It was a very interesting situation to say the least. But luckily everything ended up OK. Thanks so much for your comment. Hope you have a wonderful day. 😃

But like you said, we do learn from all of our experiences. Thank you so much for the comment. It’s always wonderful to hear from you. Stay safe up there.😀

Thanks for sharing! I am listening to this as if it’s a podcast while walking to work. lol ❤love it very informative as I didn’t know first class passengers could be moved in such a way but they did create a disturbance so I definitely understand why
@valenciaflyer5 ай бұрын
Yes, I agree. Until this incident, I was not aware that you could move first class passengers either. But in order to prevent them from disturbing the rest of the first class passengers it does make sense. Hope you’re doing great, have a wonderful day.😁

I'm glad you shared your story. It sounds like you and your flight crew appropriately handled the unruly passengers. I do feel sorry for the poor folks back in the back of the plane that had to deal with those two 'privileged characters'. Good job on handling the situation well. I am flying to Australia for the first time in a few weeks. I sprung for business class because of the long-haul flight. I hope I don't see those two on my journey! Thanks for all you do to keep passengers safe and happy. Just know that I very much appreciate you and what you do.

Thank you so much for your wonderful and thoughtful comment. Yes, we do everything we can to make sure that everyone is safe and sound. That is the first priority. Then we also try to make sure that you have a pleasant time on board as well. That is very exciting that you are going to Australia. I have not gone there yet but one day I’m sure I will. Have a wonderful flight. I hope it will be a relaxing one. Thanks again for watching. 😁

I'm surprised that passengers are allowed more than 2 drinks and Therefore for safety all of the airlines are asking for a lot of trouble and should change their rules.
@valenciaflyer8 ай бұрын
Interestingly enough, the rules are that we can give them two drinks at the same time! But luckily 99.99% of the time everyone acts very respectful and relaxed. So that is very cool. Thanks so much for watching and for your comment. Be well. 😎

When life hands you limes 😅😜! I said "whaat?!" when you said "what?!?" too lol Thanks for sharing this story, I'm glad there wasn't some crazy plot twist at the end and they ended up being at the same hotel as the crew ...can you imagine?! 🤯 I appreciate you sharing how this was handled, it's so fascinating to hear something like this. And great opportunity for on the job learning on your part! 🎉 Well done! So now you know, never trust a lady who hands you limes 🙃

Ha ha. That’s so funny. So true, I guess it could have been worse, and we could have been at the same hotel. I never thought of that. Geez. Thanks so much for the comment. Have an awesome day.😃

I don’t think they should serve alcohol on planes. Flying is stressful as it is and when you add alcohol things can get out of hand. Also, hot coffee should not be served. If you run into turbulence, the hot coffee will spill and burn the passenger. Also, if someone abruptly reclines their seat and the passenger behind them has hot coffee on their little table, the coffee can again spill.
@valenciaflyer6 ай бұрын
That is certainly an option to not serve alcohol. In my experience things only get out of hand every blue blue moon. 99.99% of the time everyone is very relaxed and cooperative. As far as coffee though there have been sometimes where I’m sure people did spill on themselves because of the turbulence. That I’m sure is much more likely to happen. Thanks for the comment. Hope you’re well.😄
@lifeisgrande9 күн бұрын
Its too profitable to have airlines stop serving alcohol.
@lhspirited8 ай бұрын
I'm surprised they cooperated when you told them to move to the back of the plane. I wonder if any of the ugliness would have happened if your boss hadn't returned the limes.
@valenciaflyer8 ай бұрын
Yeah, I did expect a bit more resistance. Luckily they did cooperated in the end. Who knows? But now when I see limes it brings back the trauma! Lol.
@martybuehler31168 ай бұрын
Well your first clue should have been her handing you limes....LOL Your job is to defuse situations and protect your passangers.... never feel bad about what you did. I love to have a couple drinks on a long fight, BUT this is bad behavior on their part.... it happens.... No more LIMES young man.....LOL
@valenciaflyer8 ай бұрын
Lol I’ll never look at limes the same way again!Ha ha. Yeah, it’s something that happens from time to time. Luckily, only once for me. No more limes, got it, Marty. 😂 Thanks so much for the comment. Hope you’re doing well. Take care. 😁
