My exact dilemma. Love the R8 but its older and the C8 just looks great. The only thing that gives the C8 an advantage to me is the warranty and new parts but as far as looks go I like the smooth look of the R8

C8 has 6 modes and two of them are adaptive Z and My modes you can shuffle the deck and make a multitude of combinations. My Mode can replace Touring Mode at start up. You shut down in My Mode and can start right up in My Mode when you come back to the C8

Look at the quality of the glass on the rear hatch of the two cars. I think the leather on the center console of the Corvette will delaminate over time and sag. The leather on the seats of Corvettes past does not hold up well either.

Different price point buddy. A used R8 from like 2008-2017 is now the same price point to a new C8 corvette. Having Been In Both cars , the Audi is a maintenance nightmare. The C8 is still a Chevy product so, cheap/ plastic things are easy to replace.

just your seating position, with your elbows straight in 9-3 position, no way to reach top of the steering wheel without pulling yourself from the seat.....cmon man, gangsta lean is for dumbasses, you need to be able to touch the top of your steering wheel with your wrist without ever pulling yourself up. That way you can cross your hands to catch any drift without leaning your weight on the steering wheel, which would amke you slower and less precise. Just pull the steering wheel all the way towards yourself, all the way down and straighten your backseat more upright. You will be surprised how more in control you will become when pushing your car...or just avoiding some idiot on autobahn

The back engine glass is open. So anytime you wash it the window gets water spots. Takes forever to clean so we dont do it everytime. But yes Stevie Wonder did in fact detail it!
