Good on ya man! Fitness goals always good to employ in your routine. Reading is a nice goal to have. Fictional books are also good to get into reading first again. Atomic habits, try to read at least one page of it every day then you should be able to finish this year. Hope you can realise 2025 into becoming your year!

Those books sound interesting. I didn't know you enjoyed reading. Although my new year is off to a rough start since I'm sick with RSV. I do have a few new year's resolutions I want to stick with. One is writing in my journal of what I do each day. It would be nice to look back and read some of the entries on my down time
