Thank you dear Mam. You are a real motivator with all true informations. Really your speech gives me motivation to start fat loss, weight loss plan. As you said the water content weight loss really gives depression some times, now i understand after hearing your speech fully. I am a pure vegetarian, we dont eat any egg, mushroom, soya. Orher than these what else will give us more protein portion.. please explain Mam. I use sprouts (mulai kattiyaa pacha payaru, brown kodai kadalai, kollu...) Please give some ideas...
