I especially love the part about washing your hair every 2-3 weeks. I was washing my hair every single week which worked well for increasing moisture but it wasn't necessarily the best for hair growth.

I'm kinda stuck at 7 inches rn 🥲 but honestly trimming helped so much. I had barely chin length hair when I tried to start taking care of my hair(id been off relaxer for a long time, but I was a kid so I didn't take care of it). I refused to let scissors touch my hair and was frustrated that it didn't grow. Products helped, but I was just growing split ends. I did some diy trims every 3-4 months. Then recently I went to the salon(after growing to my current length) for a haircut, completely prepared to chop as much off as necessary. I was stunned when she cut off less than half an inch bc there was nothing to cut. Trying to learn more about my hair now so I can get out of my 7 inch prison 😂

Same here. Its been 5 years and same length or even shorter. I just can't seem to get rid of those knots at the ends for dear life. I keep my hair in like 8 twists and moisturise almost every day but still the knots on the ends are sooo bad I just cut them off. So I literally cut the ends of my hair every single time I do my hair and therefore nullifying my hair growth

I’ve been praying to find ways to embrace my coils and find a routine that doesn’t require a 3 hour wash day. Nevertheless I’m in pursuit of more growth even though I have bra strap length hair. I’ve lost the love I use to have for my hair because it’s difficult to deal with. Your video appeared in my suggestions and I was utterly intrigued throughout the entire video. Nevertheless I’m a computer scientist and took mere delight when you explained the ingredients in the prepoo concoction.
