You looks beautiful Lisa. I always love your look because you don’t over do with shadows , highlights, and bold cheek colors. You always have a natural beauty. My son lives in Vero Beach Fl. Would love to visit there more often. Keep up the awesome videos!❤️

I subbed. I love your presentation. You get right to it and say what you have to say without taking forever. These were all great tips and I especially like the one holding the brush handle from the corner of the mouth to the end of the eyebrow instead of from the nose to the end of the brow.

Great video! I would NeVER have thought of using setting spray in between layers, like say after concealer. And applying it with a sponge. That's something I just saw yesterday. Two big things I learned from Nikol Johnson: put your eye makeup on first. Game changer. Second: at the end of of your eyeliner line add a tiny up-curve. Then when you apply mascara add more mascara at the very end of your lashes on the outer edge. Makes my eyes look lot more open.
@LisaMonique2 жыл бұрын
Ohhhh, I’ll have to try the “up-curl” trick! Thank you 💕

Try a tiny piece of false lashes on the outer portion of the eyelid. You decide how much of a strip. Experiment a little. I read in an article that Marilyn Monroe always emphasized the outside corner of her lashes and it does appear to be so. Sexy.

Hi Lisa, for your third hack you might enjoy Wayne Goss’ video he did yesterday. It’s how he does a lift at the end of the eyeshadows. I won’t attempt to explain it and make it confusing. The video is only about 5 minutes. Nice video, thanks.

Same! But I used to have a huge problem with dark circles so I tried the best of both - one concealer under my foundation and another sheer one on top in that area. Worked great! I still have circles, but not terrible ones, so I went back to just under again. 😊

Hi Lisa! This is off topic and maybe you gave permission, but I’ve been seeing very short video clips from YOUR videos, of you, on an advertisement for some kind of anti aging cream. The ad was being shown on the Candy Crush app. It shows you rubbing cream into your face as if it’s their cream. The ad looks like a total scam and never states the name of the product.
@LisaMonique2 жыл бұрын
It’s so sad, I’ve given up trying to get those fake ads taken down 😫. I’ll get five taken down and they’ll be five more put up next week. The only brand that I have done skin care advertisements for is DRMTGY. Thanks for letting me know💕💕💕

I guess that's the trick. Apply as much as you would for stage make up and it should look great. You hinted at the biggest trick and it underlines almost everything. Experiment, try different things and you will find what works for you.

Thanks, Lisa. I now remember the trick to angle the brush from the corner of the mouth to the brow, not the nostril - but forgot. 🫤. Thanks for the reminder! I like some blush on the top front of my cheeks and a slight touch on the bridge of my nose, too. Otherwise my face looks flat.
