I love RJF he is literally one of the very few fitness and diet trainer's that truly understands the importance of LANGUAGE I can tell he put serious consideration into choosing his words wisely and correctly to get his point across to his audience. PFFTTTT! Everyday 3 egg and cheese sandwiches 3 chocolate chip pancakes 3 French toast 5 egg omelet Grits 2 ham and cheese sandwiches 1 whole pizza 1-2 lbs of pasta and sauce over 1000 calories worth of energy drinks -Michael Phelps

Balls and Butts gentleman You turn the hair dryer on cool and hit ya spots. It might be goofy for the first week, but after that, you’ll never live without it Nothing like a ‘Sea Breeze’ just drying off ya balls and hole! Perfect time to add a ‘Ball deodorant or powder’ straight after. I’m telling ya, hit that Nutella Cracker with a quick scratch and then blow dry on cool! Once you go Forced Air dying... ain’t no turning back

You ain't lying rem I fell of my routine 6 months ago cause I got super sick then when I got better like 2 months later the quarantine happen then I just said fuckit lol and gain 30 pounds but I'm back on my grind and this is great motivation and I gotta get one of those stepper things lol please keep the vlogs coming bro

Solid stuff, man. Similarly, when I wake up, first thing I do is do some kind of chore to just get myself moving. Wash dishes, laundry, or just mop the floors. Anything to push myself to move. Love the videos, man!

I literally don't have time to cool breakfast. I work at 4am. I try get the most sleep possible. So I decided to do intermittent fasting. My eating times are 9:30-5:30.

You need fat to absorb D3, so it’s good to take after eating food w a good fat in it. Same with A, E, and K.

I 10000% agree on going to bed at 10. My friends think I’m crazy and joke about but I always get up around 5-6am refreshed and well rested.

My cardio is taking the dog out and use my Fitbit set it for walk and try and hit as close as I can to 10000 steps with in the hour . I do this after my morning coffee

Make a morning playlist and start it before you even get out of bed. Nice to get the blood flowing. I have Quiet, Regular, and Energetic Morning playlists depending on what I'm in the mood for at the time.

Hard to keep that schedule being on 2nd shift... 2-11p bed by 1a up at 8am... Coffee is life... at least 2 cups a day. Good to see Logan and you Bud, Keep on killin it in Texas!

Well the 10 o'clock rule works great for me too. Been doing it for years. Waking up at 6 with no alarm and well rested is underappreciated. Also I also take 20K IU D3 every morning.

I can usually fall asleep no problem but I wake up out of nowhere and have a hell of a time getting back to sleep. Got a fan and AC unit going.

Oh rem talking about the night before but makes sense I have ADHD and my mind races 24/7 I usually only get 3 hours sleep I'll have to try and listen to audible before I go to sleep

that's true bro, cardio is gonna help you big time when it comes to losing weight, some people say it's not important but I'm telling you fromy experience it is crazy important for lowering stress, recovery, burning calories and so on, IT IS NOT just about CALORIES !!!! Great reminders for successful weight loss and fitness. I do all of these daily now that I’m preparing for summer. Truth is tho I DO NEED to be more consistent with my cardio-more like 30 mins 2-3x per week. I’ll do better if I keep watching your vids. 🤟🏻

I have a question about hamstrings andAchilles tendon.I have cerebral palsy doctors around my area do not work with cp.If you have any ideas how to stretch those muscles.I can barely walk upstairs to give you idea of height
