It might be goofy for the first week, but after that, you’ll never live without it Nothing like a ‘Sea Breeze’ just drying off ya balls and hole! Perfect time to add a ‘Ball deodorant or powder’ straight after. I’m telling ya, hit that Nutella Cracker with a quick scratch and then blow dry on cool! Once you go Forced Air dying... ain’t no turning back

My cardio is taking the dog out and use my Fitbit set it for walk and try and hit as close as I can to 10000 steps with in the hour . I do this after my morning coffee

Well the 10 o'clock rule works great for me too. Been doing it for years. Waking up at 6 with no alarm and well rested is underappreciated. Also I also take 20K IU D3 every morning.
