Remington I’ve been watching your videos for a long time. Your such a inspiration to me. Every Sunday I make my wife and me the Reese’s blizzards, I make a lot of your recipes. This weekend we are trying the stuff crust pizza. I have my own home gym in my basement. Everyday I do my workouts and fasted cardio on my elliptical one day and jog in place the next day

Brother man instead of the sweetener and and sugar free syrup for oats try using vanilla almond milk instead of water for the oats with some cinnamon and if you want add your protein you get 80 calories with 240ml but only need half of that and it taste awesome only if you like almond milk though. Just a suggestion if you dont want to keep using all that sweetener

Agreed aside from the sweetenerI do lime to ramp up the protein any time i can..i use my PBFIT for sweetness would for sure rather use my calories in a more productive way..but some people do “have to” have the SWEET..

Most findings from research on Yohimbine suggest it’s best to take fasted so that the carbohydrates or protein do not interfere with the blocking of the alpha 2 receptors that Yohimbine targets. Could be anecdotal, but I’ve definitely noticed a difference between its efficacy fasted vs after a meal (even if just a light snack). That being said, I would maybe consider taking it while fasted :) I take it in combination with caffeine for fasted cardio only two times a week and have definitely noticed the synergistic effects. Definitely a slept on supplement, but I probably wouldn’t recommend taking it every day either. Who knows though, I’m not a doctor lol but definitely helps with weight loss.

Just make sure you're still eating at least 3 times a day because if you don't, your metabolism is going to slow down, you'll have less energy, and be burning less calories from digesting food

i wonder if you'd see better results with fasted cardio in the morning... while I agree on eating breakfast otherwise get too hungry later in the day and risk binging, fasted cardio is only an hour or so with no food

Good night you are right. That was a disgusting amount of sweetener. 3 or 4 grams not even close. Also I believe the sweetener he is using is Stevia bound to dextrose so it measures 1:1 with table sugar. Meaning there are definitely calories to it. Label rounds down for like 1 tsp to zero cals but that doesn't mean zero cals when you use a quarter cup of it.
