It’s not just for comfort or mental health, but for style: wearing clothes that are a size or more too small actually makes one look a lot bigger, not smaller. Those strain lines, pulling and puckering at crotch or underarms, gaps at buttons, etc., make even the thinnest women seem to be bulging in their clothes. Clothes should have comfortable ease in them, even if cut slim or close to the body, which I personally like. I agree, buying clothes too small is never motivating, it just doesn’t work.

I find it almost impossible to believe that culottes do not suit you! And what is your definition of that? I will still wear something that i LOVE even if it makes my legs looks a bit shorter! Who cares how sort or long legs look if I am happy in what I wear? Am I the only one? Great video! xx

Do you agree that having youtubers/ fashion bloggers help a lot but also once you watch a few capsule it is harder to come with a personal one since you always have a list of what "they" have in theirs capsules:)?

I used to believe that I had to own the list of clothes from the other capsules, but it was not always suitable for my lifestyle or my personal tastes even if it was really useful to start towards a direction.
