I am dealing with the same issue. I stopped after catching covid and for several months, because I was extremely exhausted. Then life happened, too much work etc and before I noticed it, I had given up completely. I started a few days ago again but only for a few minutes a day. Unfortunately I have lost my stamina.

For me if I start slowly it’s far less daunting. Don’t put on the pressure of an hour long boxing class…. something like 20 min of Pilates or walking up and down a stair case in a park for a half hour. It doesn’t have to feel punishing it can just feel good!

I had the same issue, I am 44 and have had 4 kids, but once I started I saw results quickly and it really was motivating. Small but definite progress and I’m doing stuff now I never ever thought I’d be able to do again. I guess that’s the beauty of exercise, no matter what level of fitness you start off at you feel improvement pretty much immediately 🥰

I used to be super sedentary. Th best thing I learned was to set really easy goals to build the habit of movement. I did 10 min per day for a month and then it finally started to click! Good luck to you, I totally feel u ❤️

Sanne, I knew someone who had issues with their fingers losing circulation and it turned out to be Raynauds’s disease. If it happens a lot you may want to get it checked out. Love your videos btw!!

In case you weren’t aware drinking all day out of a straw can give you wrinkles around your lips like a smoker. It also allows more air into your system which can cause digestion issues with bloating and gas.

Hi! I definitely feel you! It is sometimes difficult to make something a “routine,” but I would say it’s different for everyone! Some it might only take a week or so to stick to and form a routine, and some it may take longer!! But just remember however long it takes for YOU is okay :)

i used to follow a youtuber who had blood circulation issues at her fingers and she used to have ED back then. i am assuming you are at a healthy weight so maybe you should ask your doctor for other causes for this

I totally understand that. But I was just wondering. I work with a dietitian at the moment to get my period back and she says fasted workouts are a no-go because the female body is so sensitive to energy deficiency. As you mentioned having problems with your periods, have you thought about that? However, I’m doing a lot of endurance sports like running, biking and swimming. So there may be differences Backes there’re very energy consuming.@@SanneVloet

Your fingers going numb like that is Raynaud's syndrome. It has nothing to do with your circulation but it is the messages sent from the brain. You need to teach your body to adopt to changes. Id recommended finishing your showers with a couple of minutes cold shower 💧
