Love it, I am building me a custom roof rack that covers the whole roof. That way no hole in the roof for my solar panels. Everything bolts to the roof rack including a 16 gallon solar shower system.

Wicked, thanks for showing the suburban build, I just got a 89 suburban myself. Needed a little bit of work but not bad. All ready have the panels to cut and weld them in we’re the rot is. Will be making mine into a overland vehicle also. Love off roading camping. And it’s a great way to explore areas you can’t get to with a regular camper.

Another great build. I love the Rhino finish and almost military look to it. Great job! Fantastic you were able to incorporate that very large table in the build. It really makes for a huge kitchen area! (I recommend shortening the tailpipe or having it bent up closer to the frame to avoid it being bent when backing up offroad.)

Have and '88 im hoping to do the same. Have yet to hear good reviews on rino spraying the whole body. Collects dirt from what Ive read.

YOU CAN BUY AN JUMP START KIT AN CUT OUT AN PEACE OF SQUARE IN THE GRILL AND YOU CAN PUT THE OUTLET RIGHT THERE AND IF ANYBODY NEEDS AN JUMP START PLUG AND PLAY. YOU CAN ALL SO GET AN FORTY GALLON GAS TANK. YOU CAN ALSO BUY AN BIGGER RADIATOR, GET AN HIGHER OUT PUT ALTERNATOR AN IT WILL FIT WITH NO PROBLEMS. IM LETTING YOU NO THERE REALLY SIMPLE TRUCKS. IF YOU WANT YOU CAN BUY A MANUAL LOCKING HUBS THEY'RE STRONGER THAN AUTOMATIC LOCKING HUBS AND THEY'RE VERY SIMPLE TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF IT WAS A HEAVY DUTY ONE BECAUSE THE SIMPLE FACT IS THEY CAME WITH A 3-SPEED TRANSMISSION WITH NO ELECTRONICS AN IT WAS ALL VACUUM TO MAKE IT SHIFT AND WAS VERY STRONG. AND ONE MORE THING THESE SQUARE BODY SUBURBANS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE USED. THAT IS A VERY NICE TRUCK IF YOU GOT IT AT A NICE PRICE SO TAKE CARE OF IT AND I MEAN EXPENSIVE THERE JUST AS EXPENSIVE AS ONE OF THOSE TOYOTA LAND CRUISERS 80 SERIES.

The Suburbans got the 700R4 four speed automatic starting in late 1981. Also, those transmissions use vacuum but also rely on a TV cable. Also, notice how I didn't use all caps.

YOULL SEE AN CAN BEHIND THE RIGHT HEAD LIGHT IT CAN BE REMOVED ITS PART OF THE EMISSIONS AN ITS OVER TWENTY FIVE YEARS OLD SO YOU CAN GET HISTORIC TAGS AN DONT GO THREW EMISSIONS. NOW AN BATTERY WILL FIT WERE THE CAN WAS JUST BUY AN BATTERY TRAY. THIS SUBURBAN CAME IN DIESEL AN THAT WERE THE SECOND BATTERY WAS. SO IF YOU NEED MORE ROOM FOR ANOTHER BATTERY ITS AN GOOD SPOT. THERE IS SO MUCH ABOUT AN SQUARE BODY SUBURBAN YOU DON'T KNOW. RESEARCH AN YOULL BE AMAZED AT WHAT SQUARE BODY SUBURBAN WERE USED FOR AND THEY'RE EASILY MODIFIABLE JUST BY USING FACTORY PARTS.
