@valerialopez-fe9ol2 жыл бұрын
Fighttips i saw your video of punching while doing like a pointing motion, when i hit the bag or pads my body naturally goes to do the exact oppositive in order to hit with more knuckles and more power, would contracting that oppositive wrist muscle would be better? and strenghting stretching it? because i feel way more comfortable when doing so honestly and i hit with more knuckles and also more power, what do you think?

Keep it up I would also like to see you do another video with kwonkicker! t was fun when you guys had a match in the ring!
