I recently started playing Digimon Masters World instead. And damn its SO MUCH BETTER. DMO is basically pay 4 everything or grind 9 weeks. DMW is community driven and has tons of free stuff to give you. by far the better experience for newer players.

You won me over with this video, I share every frustration with you and I mostly play the private server because I feel they have most of the complaints that players usually have figured out with some of their own pain points here and there which are negligible, looking forward to watching your series, hope you post it on youtube too since I don't have much time to watch twitch streams

I mean there is people like this but the main thing is doing the dungeons with speed most people know its not hard to do them but its about the speed you rush through it. I'll say this though most of these dungeons aren't even worth running. I think it was two nights ago I had alter S to do qdg and I got kicked from the party lol I was only there to help them fill their party cause they were unable to but they kicked me cause I wasn't using Barga or zeed no joke and yes qgdn. I have barga AOA and fang shin btw but I need to level barga some more but had alter S with me kinda funny they didn't even ask if I had alter B but that is beside the point. A lot of these people have egos but alter S is more than enough for qdg esp with the damage I have. So yeah I agree with some of this but speed is a factor people also normally save tickets then grind when there is a double buff coming as well. But also if your goal is just to just beat it and not grind it then yeah you don't need nearly as much of what people say you do.

Definately an addiction. been playing on and off since beta. Not too long ago i only just got back into dmo myself. Alot has changed. Im mostly just relaxing as i play. gathering daily passes for all dgs to progress myself later when i have a bunch of them and work my way up and participating in the new events so i dont miss anything. Its been pretty fun. Was pretty lucky with first sss/sss+ box and got zeed so most of the older dgs should be a cake walk. I agree with all your points.

Happy to hear you're playing in a healthy way now, rpg games should be a way of relaxing but these companies really make them more stressful than real life haha

Too early for you to consider getting a SSS+, focus on finishing the quests and unlocking spiral and reaper maps

Not rly, I have been playing Digimon masters online since 2011, it depends on the players, if u have no self control u may end up wasting money constantly and that's what the game is made for. But its never addiction to me lol, I have 3 SSS+ digimons and in my entire life I paid only 40$. So techincally I paid for the game as if I paid for a new game. No extra, I for once have barely any money for long and I save every extra cent to give for my family if they need it. Wasting money in anyway irresponsibly is something I would never do. I for long always wanted Beelzemon BM then X then awaken. Like I dont even care to be the strongest in the game, I got hooked into digimon because of Beelzemon. Now I am free to play player trying to make money to buy Beelzemon awaken, stil lgot a long way to go but yeah. My strongest digi is AOA which I got lucky from event box. Happens ^^ Advice to all who always wasting money, put the things u want to buy and calculate how worth it compared to the money u paying. NEVER gamble.

100% agree it’s about self control, with that being said 80-90% of the world don’t have much self control, hence why movegames has been people to print so much money from a very mediocre game 😅 That’s good advice, if you reflect on what you’re about to spend on, you’ll almost always realize it’s not worth it

You got to read this, you wont belive how i got into digimon so i was on the first day of 1st grade minuts before going to school and i was ready so my parentd put on the tv for me and my sister which eas the exact same age (we are twins) and the first thing that was on tv is the start of the first episode of the first season of digimon and from that day i watched digimon (all the seasons) and the searies stopped when i was in 4th grade i was sooo sad that i stopped and honestly it still today not in tv (which is sad) (also my english is not good so i am soory if any mistake happended in the comment)

You made some good points but then you still want to play this game. That's Stockholm syndrome if I've ever seen it... Like I get that games like this can hold a special place in our minds but the reality is this isn't even a good or fun game - the fun part was gambling or getting rare items to show off to other people (which is pride over a virtual item). Personally I would recommend completely avoiding allowing your life to disappear before your eyes as you sit there playing some game of another person's invention which was made from the ground up to waste your time, energy, and money. But of course we all have our own free will, and perhaps your life goal is to be known for wasting many hours of your life on a niche game that most other people haven't even heard of. P.S. This isn't meant personally, you seem like a cool guy. I just can't personally understand why people would continue playing these games at all if they already understand that the entire thing is predatory and literally created to extract wealth/attention from your limited time here on Earth.

Fair feedback, but the truth is I actually enjoy the came so it's not a net negative value overall. If all you're doing is playing DMO and not doing anything else in your life then I agree its a complete waste of time. I'm also addicted to coffee and a bunch of other things that aren't necessarily destroying my life, as long as I maintain a balance!

@@abirdmo Yeah, that's a fair take. I can't say for sure what's right or wrong, but my personal strategy is to try and consider the potential to add value to my life or others'. Coffee to me at least has a potential to make us more productive, though could also cost us our health if abused. I guess one could argue that an enjoyable game like DMO can add value by giving us a break, relaxation, a community to engage in, etc. So by that kind of reasoning I could see how it could fit in as part of a healthy lifestyle as long as one isn't spending too much time/money/etc. on it. Either way thanks for considering the feedback openly and have a nice day. I may enjoy a small cup of espresso now myself 👍

Huge respect to you Abir. You may have saved alot of people from the gamba addiction. People dont understand that you can play the game doing stuff you love like collecting some of your favourite digimon. Thats the way ill be playing the game atleast and that is a much more healthier way to play the game than just flexxin.
