What about being Trademarked? If for example, you take the keywords "a girl has no costume" and make a different design, someone can trademark you saying you stole his words.

Rayan I am not saying you are not useful b/c you are but make a lot of distractions by not concentrating solely on the topic you said you are going to talk about instead you start to talk about your self and how your course.. i was waiting for you to answer the question you were asked and then to give us practical methods as how to know level of competition when we type on amazon search engine, e.g. what is the exact search number that defines a good niche to go after?

Hi Evelyn, They do the Merch tier-ups across the board on ALL accounts at the same time, it's typically once or twice a month at unannounced intervals.

Yes - extending out the keywords to make phrases that people are searching for. I searched "cat accounting" and see t-shirts that are selling that say "Never Underestimate The Power Of A Cat Lady With An Accounting Degree" - that's a nicely niched-down design. You can also easily swap the word "accounting" for something else and make 100+ of these designs.

Usually make minor keyword tweaks. I get scared to change too much, don't want to accidentally trigger a rejection

I almost never do this. I can usually get all of the keywords I want to target contained in 1 listing. Are you having success re-uploading the same design with different keyword targeting?

Not in this case because it's so different. Edit: I don't mean that definitively... it's closer to "the line" than most designs are, but I thought it was worth the risk.

So I used the free merch tool to search Amazon. My idea for a niche had 200 shirts, and tons were under 1,000,000. I thought it was a great idea. Now I have my shirt up, I did the same search, saw the same number, but when I get close to viewing the 200th product, all of a sudden there's over 700 results. What the heck?!
