I bought an Aventon Aventure in June and my husband loves it so much that he bought one about 3 weeks ago. Great bikes. I even took mine on a road trip to Upper Michigan and rode it the bike trail along Lake Superior.

@@kentuckymelody7204 Now that's a great question. I don't know, but I'm sure the visitors center could tell you. I know that they have regular bikes for rent over there, so my personal opinion is that they should allow them. It would be great for climbing those hills.

Try the suntour suspension seat post, put one on my Aventure and man what a difference!

I would get a NTA 8776 rated helmet, they also have them with Mips. My Adventure average speed is usually around 17mph and swings close to 40 some.

Aventon. When I purchased the bike it came with it for free as part of a promotion they had at the time.

I just bought my wife the brand new one of these with built in turn signal, brake lights and the new extended life battery. Bike looks very nice but man I’m super disappointed in the quality of the disc brakes. I come from high end mountain bikes, dirt bikes and 900 cc KTM adventure bikes where two fingers on the front brake can stop you cold. These piece of craps I can still push the bike with four fingers grabbing the front brake and squeezing hard. Definitely will be upgrading to a mid to high grade Shimano or magura brake for the front at least. Safety is paramount and these brakes simply don’t stand up to expectation

@@kentuckymelody7204 yep, I even brought it into the bike mechanic before we left the store. He said “this is just a low quality disc brake” it’s not Shimano or magura we’re his exact words. Zero malfunctions. It’s just simply not the best chinesium quality

A bicycle isn't as stable as a motorcycle! Hmm? Even though a bicycle (e-bike) is ridden at a fraction of the speed, has a fraction of the weight. Again, hmm. Don't know about that.

I just mean the rolling mass of the larger tires on a motorcycle gives it more stability than a regular bicycle. So the larger 4 inch tires on most off road e-bikes will add stability at higher speeds
