INGREDIENTS:
OAT AND YOGURT BREAD
4 gr. Of baking powder or 15 gr. Fresh yeast
1/2 tablespoon of sugar (7 gr.) (optional)
1/2 cup of warm water (120 ml.)
2 cups of oat flakes or oat flour (240 gr.)
100 gr. of natural unsweetened yogurt (you can replace it with milk, animal or vegetable and 2 tablespoons of oil)
Salt to taste
1 egg
Oil c/n
Sunflower and pumpkin seeds (optional)
OAT BREAD WITH 3 INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of oatmeal (45gr)
1/4 cup water (50cc)
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt (1 gr)
1 tablespoon of oil (optional)
CHIPÁ TYPE BREAD
1 cup of cornstarch (100 gr.)
½ cup of manioc starch (60 gr.)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Salt to taste
Chopped or grated semi-hard or hard cheese (200 gr.)
1 egg
½ cup of water (100 cc.)
