I usually just do free style too! And if I really like it, I try practice it a bit more. I try to do some conditioning or pilates after. Sometimes, I will work on something, like ballerina, or attempt to follow along to a tutorial though. I need to do more warm ups, lol. But I really love how pole can be whatever you want it to be- fitness, dance, a way to be creative, self expression, etc. It is so beautiful, I love it.

Totally agree with it being vulnerable! Much easier to freestyle at home vs a studio.

creativity is a shapechanger. one moment it takes this form, the next that form. there is the idea that if one prepares a special psychic place, then the being, the creative force, the soul source, will hear of it, sense its way to it, and inhabit that place. preparing a fitting place induces the great creative force to advance. i love my home pole .. my soul "psychic" place 🖤🥀🌿 and then .. creativity is not a solitary movement. that is its power. whoever and whatever is touched by it, hears it, sees it, senses it, knows it is fed by it. that is why i behold your creative word, idea, image .. it fills me up and inspires me to my own creative, authentic work. you are truly a brilliant guide of this soul craft and heart work. thank you, sammy 🙏🏼🩵🥀

Thank you for sharing your story. You have a charming mimicry. Freckles, naturalness, sincerity. It's hard to take my eyes off you 0_0

Could you please talk about your beginnings? (Your background, what you worked on the most as a beginner, etc). Hearing about your story/journey would be amazing

Also, I just wanted to say, YOU WERE SELF-TAUGHT? You have done so well for yourself! Last night I was contemplating taking down my pole. So thank you for the encouragement you bring. ❤

thank you 🙏 yes! all learned at home in my living room. the best classroom lol. I do think instructors and studio learning definitely work better for some but a lot of magic can happen with a home pole too :)
