Not totally accurate. Yes, I believe they wanted the deal for themselves, but they were absolutely just in making their offers when they did. The part I find the most hilarious from this is during the Toor portion, everyone except Chris understood that the reason the product he was trying to invest was so good wasn't actually because of the lockbox itself but rather the time you save in viewing the house. They kept pointing out to him that it could take days to weeks just to view the house after getting ahold of an agent. But this guy made it so if you were interested in the property, all you had to do is just walk up and request a private walk through of the property that day, not waiting days to weeks to find out it's not what you're interested in.
@silentsage24622 жыл бұрын
No. His point was the company that makes those Bluetooth lockboxes, that already have the relationships and sales in place, could take the couple months required to add a new line of code (make an app) so that customers could do it on their own. His point was the success the guy could potentially have would be short lived. That’s even if he could make deals with the companies that already have relationships with the lockbox makers. Why do you think Barbara said the deal was contingent on them selling a mass amount to a large chain company? Cuban is my favorite shark but the sniveling valley guy was actually right here.

@@caesarnyangoya6548 no it is nowhere near worthy. i used the app after he came on the pitch, and i was so disappointed. there are so many one star reviews, hundreds of thousands of students got extremely ripped off, and i also got ripped off. it was so disheartening. and he replies to your reviews, but nothing gets done. it’s embarrassing.
