I watched the episode, and the thing is, this doctor was being very polite until Mark out of nowhere said that everything he was saying was, and I quote, "bullshit". The doctor was shaken by that, and to the end, he was still arguing with Mark when the latter was still making not-so-pleasant remarks about him. I think Lori was being a bit insecure here, but most importantly, I don't think Mark should treat people like that just because he has a different opinion from them. The whole pitch went off the rails because of him.

It's a shame that this clip does not show the full episode because Lori is clearly in the wrong if you've seen it. The circumstance of women being ignored in the corporate world for conversations is 100% true and is a sad reality. However, it did not happen in this instance and it's an absolute shame that Lori tried virtue signaling for no reason. The man is a physician, not a business exec. He's a novice public speaker and all novice public speakers go to the last person asking a question. He did try multiple times to answer Lori's questions and unfortunately got interrupted by another Shark who started their own line of questioning. Instead of taking it out on her fellow Sharks, Lori publicly tried to assassinate this man's character. Lori knows how this show works and has personally been a huge benefactor since she's the second most sought after Shark after Mark. So many pitches have ignored other Sharks to answer Lori's questions or get her proposal. If she has no problem benefitting from that, she should not be taking it out contestants for the rare occasion where she's not the main target. Completely shameful display on Lori and Mark's part on the EZC Pak episode. They both owe that man a sincere apology which they'll never provide.
