The part at the end where you spoke of how your birth dad took an interest in learning about something important to you because he loved you, and how he opened his heart and embraced this was especially moving. As an adopted child who met my bio dads side last year I watched your video of your dad and you meeting. I unfortunately never got that meeting because my dad died when I was 6. I was told he always wanted to find me. Im thankfully very close to my siblings and his wife now. I’m so so devastated to see this video as I can understand the pain. Michelle I feel your pain, but the story was already written and you were devinely directed to connect just in time. I truly believe this and your story is far from over. Your son will indeed have his contribution and those traits that will remind you that he actually hasn't left. I lost my brother to a tragic accident when his car was hit by a train. We were so close a only a few years apart, so close and so inseparable. Then my mom died a few years later in my arms with a broken heart. I began noticing and developing a faith in God shortly after and prayed for answers. One day while going to work I was crossing the same tracks and my car stalled and the radio came on playing his favorite song and the train that would have taken my life too, rushed by and I was spared. I've been a bit of a risk taker and my "guardian angel" has intervened many times to snatch me from a potentially dangerous situation. In watching your meeting video and his reaction video and the others including his memorial I can see there was purpose to it all. Don't lose sight of that and he will definitely be there for you and part of you forever. I'm retired now and was a naturopath and did a year of vegan which I couldn't maintain but it taught me a lot and if I could have had a mentor like you, I am sure I could have done it. But I have a life threatening disease known as cidp and its been progressive and relentless. Your story is one of those that will stick with me to the end. Don't let the detractors rain or shame you as you are on a God designed mission and uou are metely fulfilling your destiny. We all live and we all die. It's quality not quantity that we seek. I hope and pray to see your future vids with your new son to remind us all that Greg is still among us just like my brother is. You will heal and become better as those 2 years add to the wisdom you possess and are willing to share with the rest of mankind. Don't lose hope, don't stop loving and above all don't stop caring...share and we will be enriched by your joys snd your hardships. Stay you please. Robert

I feel your story. I have a real parent, but I was send away when I was 12years old to lived in America with my aunt. Is like having a parent that didn’t know how to love. One day when I m 40 years old, I woke up with spiritual experiences and started to feel your wound from abandonment that i didn’t know it was there. Hi Michelle - my wife (also Michelle & also vegan) tagged me in your video about finding your birth father & it really resonated with me because although I wasn't adopted, I recently found my biological father (I'm 55 & I didn't realize that the person who I thought was my father actually isn't). Then to come to your KZbin channel & see this video was very sad - but at least you got to spend a couple of good years with your Dad. My biological father is in his 80's so like you, I'm lucky to have found him now & be able to spend at least some time with him. Sorry for your loss.

Be thankful you got your wish before the passing away of your Dad. Life is planned out for us at the moment of conception and you are one of the lucky few that has managed to find their birth Dad before it was too late to make the connection. The light at the end of the tunnel is that at least you got to meet and have those couple of years getting to know each other and bonding. You get to say that you met him and he and the family embraced you and didn't turn their backs on you like they could have. I'm sure the whole family is devastated, but at least you all have each other to lean on for support. Now, it's been over a year since you published this video. Your little one has been born. I'm just seeing this for the first time Michelle, I'm so sorry. I'm at a loss for words. I remember seeing your video of when you and your dad met in person, for the very first time. It was so heart warming. It was beautiful to see your dad literally bouncing into your arms....so full of love, joy and positive energy. I wish you all the very best for the future.
