I noticed you mentioned sensitivity, the exfoliation and dry brushing could potentially be the problem. Dermatologists say you shouldn’t exfoliate too much as the skin is quite sensitive.

Girlsss. This is a Friendly Reminder! Body Scrub are actually damaging for your skin as every Physical exfoliant so instead a physical exfoliant use a Chemical one like Black Soap (2-3x a week) and use a Medical low Ph Body Soap for every day uses. Also use instead of regular Wasch loafs a African net Sponge (and wash it after every use) because Loafs actually can cause Body acne because the dirt get build up in the loaf, also use before your lotion any Body oil because it locks the moisture in the skin and will keep you Hydrate. I found this things recently after struggling with my Skin so long I hope I helped some of you Guys out. Remember less is more so using too much might do the opposite of what you actually want to achieve :))) - Ps: Englisch isn’t my first language so be kind ❤

To take early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil will always be an affordable body care routine. In this manner you will not only eliminate the waste in your intestines but all the toxins deposed in your liver too.
