good job brother!! after binge eating the whole last summer I ended up being over 110kg in december. started eating cleaner and by january I was down to 107 in February started going to the gym, 5 6 even 7 times a week and kept eating cleaner and drinking lots of water. was loosing constantly 1kg/week and by april I reached 87. my advice for everyone is to change the nutrition. for half a year and still counting I've been eating 2 eggs with oatmeal or salad for breakfast and 100g of whatever meat I had with rice/pasta for the 2nd meal of the day, and that would be it as long as you cut sugars and keep a high water intake everything will turn out fine, you can do it brothers 💪💪

Thanks so much man. I think beginners don’t even need protein shakes it’s all bullshit processed products. My diet includes Whole Foods and it’s working out great. breakfast I have 2 eggs with toast and baked beans or oatmeal, lunch with 100g chicken or meat with tortilla, Greek yoghurt in evening and dinner light vegetarian - rice with pulses and beans and cottage cheese.

@@yessir5008 The best feeling in the world is when you body hurts after the gym it means your muscles are destroyed and you put good enoug effort to force it to rebuild for even stronger. I miss the days when my body hurts all day. it was constant reminder i did a good job its an awesome feeling man.

I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on Dietarize, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff. They tell you everything you need to know. I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!!

I’ve just started my journey now, I’m 100kgs as of 30/01/2023 and have been doing this for 3 days. I’m planning on going to the gym 5 days a week and starting to play football soon! I hope to get down to 85 within 3 months and seeing as you went from 117 to 85 in that time, I will be able to too! I always put on weight super easy so I’ve really got to control my diet and fluids! I hope I can come back in march/April and say I’ve done it! Thanks for the extra motivation!

I started out at 122kg and am now at 86kg. Still trying to lean down, but our fitness journeys are quite similar. Not quite where you’re at, but am getting tantalizingly close. Well done. Feels good, man!

I lost 24 kilograms in 6 months, going by a diet 3 months, I lost 4 kilograms a month. I started at 103 kilos, and I couldn't do alot of physical activity, so I only did dieting (intermittent fasting). After 3 months I lost 12 kilograms. Then I started jogging (45 to 50 min a day) and slowly incorporated lifting weights the next 3 months. With dieting and physical activity I was losing 5 kilograms a month. Now I am around 79 kilograms.@@T2brzy

To all the people who are overweight and want to make a change, do it for yourself. Dont feel guilted or pressured in to doing it. You are perfectly fine just the way you are. If you decide to lose weight, start out easy, you don´t have to make massive changes in your physical activity. You should actually see your overweight as a resource because if you are carrying on a lot of weight, just moving that around is a work out so you will see result fast if you just add a little workout routine to your everyday. Don´t go to the gym and try to keep up with others, just keep your own pace. As you get thinner, you will need to up the tempo but hey by that time you will already have upped your stamina and feel more motivated. One thing that you need to radically change is to just cut the crap food, you can still allow yourself the occasional treat, but keep it just like that, occasional and not habitual. Just cut soda, cut sugar and don´t shy away from proper food. You don´t need to convince yourself to eat salad or vegetables for 6 months. Just remember: Your overweight is your resource, start from there and good luck!

Je faisais 116kg et après 2 ans 1/2 j’en fais 88,2 kg. Sans régime et sans médicaments, juste la diététique. Mais toutes les salles sont fermées et je commence à déprimer. Je dois toujours faire attention à tout car je suis diabétique et cela me demande 2 fois plus d’efforts. J’espère un jour arriver à ton résultat 👍 Bravo et félicitations 🎉

My journey started 11 Jan this year when I reached the maximum weight ever, 123.5 KG and I'm 180 cm! Felt horrible and needed to change the way I'm living. Now 23 April and I'm 108. Can't describe how positive I feel and how I'm enjoying this journey! Will keep doing this till end of the year

@justicetout 1- diet plan ( following around 70%) 2- workout 6 days per week ( weight lifting) 3- Treadmill 12.3.30 ( can reach 50 to 60 mins some days) 4- after 3 months started to incorporate some HIT cardio 3 days per week. It works and body shape completely changed, I didn't see any major progress first 1.5 to 2 months but consistency is the key and I realized I'm fighting against body stubbornness, after this results were showing every day

Well done! I started January 23rd weighing in at 136.9 kg.... its 25th July and I am down to 107.8kg My goal is to get into the 80's as well and hit the magical 50kg lost.. and keep it there. I am doing it at age 51 so you are never too old to start.

Anyone who have been in military training will know that you could lose as much as 20kg in 45 days, but to build that muscle must at least 3 to 6 months or more of lifting

Também estou nessa, tinha 105kg e agora estou oscilando entre 87 e 89 dependente da hora que me peso kk mas esse vídeo me inspirou muito. Desempregado agora, mês consigo ir pra academia mês me viro em casa mesmo mas o que aprendi é que é, o que não podemos fazer é desistir e ficar feliz com cada grama perdida de gordura ou grama ganha de musculo. c'est bon tu m'as motivé je vais à la salle dès demain mec. je suis à 122kg j'ai jamais été aussi gros. j'ai 33 ans et jusqu'a l'age de 27 ans je faisais maxi 75 pour 188cm mais là c'est trop et te voyant ainsi ça donne envie et ça motive ^^ merci à toi et lache rien sérieux t'es un bon !

Well done bro. I'm one of the luckiest guys who's always been doing something and so I can't say my shape was painful to get. I had it easy since I never had overweight problems. Again well done bro, I'm not sure if I'd have done it if I was in your shoes.

I've just started a "Fit to fat to fit" video series and have already put on over 10 lb and 3% body fat in just the first week!! ...I still have over 3 months of putting it on before I try to get it all off..... but the plan is in place!!!

Start today with informing how and go tommorow to the gym, i went from 123kg to 90 kilogramm and packed now 10kg musclemass on me. This took three years and you weight less. So go for it and with 15/16 you'll look good.

Dude the most important thing you need to take into account is: never starve yourself. Always eat each meal with a 3 hours lapse of time. I went to a nutritionist and this is what she told me: breakfast-lunch-collation-snack-dinner. Doing this i lost 1 and a half kilograms, so it works 100% and also do moderate excercise like running for at least 40 minutes or more.

Hi! I want to make an edit after 2 months doing this routine. I just got to my home town after some weeks studying medicine in other town, I weighted myself and.... I lost 7 kilograms! I used to weigh 78 kg and now 71 kg. I'm looking forward to continue decreasing my body fat until my abs are visible, then try to gain some muscle mass. Just stay focused on eating less calories than your body uses during a normal day (ex: if your body consumes 2000 calories, try eating less than that, say 1800 or less). How do you do that? Always read nutrition facts behind food labels and try eating the estimated portion in a regular meal in addition to all the foods included in that meal ( to clarify, if you're eating for example some salad, and that salad will include mushrooms, lettuce and tomato, take into account how many calories every individual component has in 100 grams) always try to calculate how many calories a meal will have, at the end of the day you sum them to see if you exceded your calories or if you ate less of them. Wish you luck and I will continue to post results in a few months. Cheers!

Motivation is not as important as commitment. Motivation will wain and peak over the course of your body and lifestyle transformation. The commitment is what is important. If you are committed to getting healthier, thinner, fitter, better then you will succeed. Anyone watching this video for motivation - that's great! get your diet right use apps like my fitness pal to track your calories and u gonna lose fat. I lost over the last 10 months 30kg without any problem just stay on a calorie deficit and go to the gym.
