After 8 years I was finally put on a pip for the first time in my career and addressed the 2 bullet points over the weekend but was fired the next working day lol these companies are 🤡. A PIP is not for performance improvement but a tool to fire or reduce headcount

I complained about a bully from the leadership team and immediately after was put on PIP. Perfect previews up until then.

PiP=Fired I was put on one after I reported a bully manager for targeting and singling me out. I did report it to a supervisor.

Just start or should have already started looking for a better job. PIP is just a timed extension with the decision to already fire you.

Thank you. Subscribing. I’m using my experience to produce episodes for Adults with Autism at the workplace. I still have the documentation of what happened. I did my best my brother really helped me with understanding the interpersonal and reading between the lines of their communication. With the tactics I used I did get severance. Was let go in end of July and they continued to pay me till Aug 15th.

I raised a concern about a colleague that I don't feel comfortable with because of poor work ethics & requested for a transfer to another outlet. My conversation with my manager led to other possible reasons why I want to move & that included being sworn at in front of other staff which now has led to being subjected as a victim of bullying. Now, it has proceeded to documentation. Is it too much?

I was put in PIP.The leads gave positive feedback after the project.But at the end of the year, after putting in pip,they started telling me negative points without my notice.Even if i tried to defend for each, they are just adding few more points and i got fed up. Please help me how can i get rid of this situation from PIP where there is a toxic lead?

I got PIP but I did not signed it..I did mentioned that I was aware of it. However I was able to improve my productivity .. weeks later I wa fired after I have improved my productivity. What can I do now?

If you believe the action was discriminatory, you may need to file a EEOC claim and hire an attorney
