Sweden is a lot safer than these videos and the issues between the gangs make it seem, the risk of you getting hurt if you're not involved with any gangs are pretty slim. There's been some incidents that break that pattern, but it's not something that happens left and right. For swedes who aren't actually used to this kind of gang violence it can seem like the end of the world though, so a lot of the time we are the ones to blame for making people think it's super dangerous here. We're used to feeling even safer. If you look at it globally it's actually very safe here. We literally had like 113 murders in total 2021 and even though sweden have a much smaller population (~10,3 million) there's still a lot less than the US when you compare the two per capita and that goes for a lot of violent crimes. Rape is the biggest exception but our legal definitions are totally different. We introduced a consent law in 2018 resulting in a huge increase of rape convictions, so there's also that.

I understand people like you think Sweden is dangerous. But it really isn’t. Almost every shooting and bombing is happening in the suburb , outside of Stockholm city. So if you are a turist, just don’t go to the poor community and suburbs

@@bokej6045 Yeah but If you’re not involved with gangs it’s super chill to be there. There is of course exceptions, but I live in Botkyrka and have never felt scared to be outside walking. As long as you don’t provoke the wrong guys nobody is gonna come up and stab/shoot you just like that.
