He's a liar and a fraud. Not only is this 'program' pathetic and worthless, his claim is an obvious and deliberate lie. Spot reduction is a physiological impossibility. So either he is sooooooo stupid that you shouldn't be listening to him or he is playing you for a fool. Put your money on the latter.

@@jasontodd5356 it is possible. I lost 5 pounds on a 12 mile ruck march, with 45 pounds on my back, that I had to do it under 3 hours. The intensity is the key to burn fat. Fat becomes energy that gets burn.

My husband and I started the "look better" workout on May 2nd, did that for a litlte over a week, then switched to the "all overs" last week. Since then we have both lost 5 lbs at least! We are both amazed at how effective your workouts are! and it's nothing complicated! Thank you so much Adrian! I look forward to doing these workouts and miss them when I don't! We've only been doing them about once a day 3-4 times a week,. I've tried so many different workouts, but only yours I've been able to stick through consistently! Gotta try this workout next!

These workouts are PROOF you don't need expensive gym memberships. We all have a phone and we all have a broom and a chair. Hell, I'd go outside in the sun and whale away on those old plastic lawn chairs with my broom. Anyone who says they cant lose weight because they don't have $ for the gym is making excuses

Hi Adrian some people are telling me it’s more efficient to only work out a few days a week because the off days are when your body experiences the effects. Could you please tell me whether it’s better to work out more or less?? They’re saying if you work out every day it won’t be as effective as working out every 2nd day but that seems so counter intuitive!!!

The more you workout = the faster results BUT... Working out everyday would mean you can't possibly do my workouts (or HIIT) everyday. You can do lighter low intensity workouts everyday but stuff like mine only 2to4 days per week
