This guy is incredible he's a genius . Making workouts out of random things in making cool and fun not doing the typical exercise like push-ups setups jumping jacks anything really it's crazy he's a genius we need to protect this man

He's a liar and a fraud. Not only is this 'program' pathetic and worthless, his claim is an obvious and deliberate lie. Spot reduction is a physiological impossibility. So either he is sooooooo stupid that you shouldn't be listening to him or he is playing you for a fool. Put your money on the latter.

@@jasontodd5356 it is possible. I lost 5 pounds on a 12 mile ruck march, with 45 pounds on my back, that I had to do it under 3 hours. The intensity is the key to burn fat. Fat becomes energy that gets burn.

My husband and I started the "look better" workout on May 2nd, did that for a litlte over a week, then switched to the "all overs" last week. Since then we have both lost 5 lbs at least! We are both amazed at how effective your workouts are! and it's nothing complicated! Thank you so much Adrian! I look forward to doing these workouts and miss them when I don't! We've only been doing them about once a day 3-4 times a week,. I've tried so many different workouts, but only yours I've been able to stick through consistently! Gotta try this workout next!

@@daksh7772 I didn't diet. I just ate whatever I wanted but in small portions. My recommendation is to eat whatever you want to but don't overdo it!

After a week straight (a few days out of the week) you actually do see the results. Especially if you follow his intermittent fasting plan also. 👍🏾💪🏾

You are a genius. Am so doing this today I love the fact that we can choose the lower body HIIT. I have healthy issues that are dragging my weight loss but I am so optimistic with this one. This is great my son was 287 lbs in march of this year by doing look betters and eating the right foods on7/2/22 his weight was 210 he lost 77lbs and i lost 10 just working out with him.

At about 120 kgs, the jumping is way too hard so i will skip to the broom + towel smashing of the bug. Bur if any of you has an alternative , please tell me. I am 51 and this year is mine to a healthier self. Thanks for the workout and all of you take care.

These workouts are PROOF you don't need expensive gym memberships. We all have a phone and we all have a broom and a chair. Hell, I'd go outside in the sun and whale away on those old plastic lawn chairs with my broom. Anyone who says they cant lose weight because they don't have $ for the gym is making excuses

Congratulations Adrian! Someone probably already asked this: what are the calories burned doing this workout? I am aware that many factors will swing this number (age, sex, weight, exertion, etc...). I should ask what's the MET factor for this workout?

Hey Adrian ! Big fan long time subscriber, I haven’t been able to loose weight. I work 12 hr shifts lifting metal, I’m 250 people would say I’m more muscle and so would I bc I can do 4 complete chin ups without a problem but i need your help your motivation

@@DaBlackSheep21 hey man I came across your comment,and I'm not sure if it will help you,but I was the same build as you,and watching Adrian chair burpees work out really helped me,did it for 30 minutes a day for 11 months and lost 110 lbs, now just trying to tone up a bit,but bet of luck to you and God bless 🙏

Hi Adrian some people are telling me it’s more efficient to only work out a few days a week because the off days are when your body experiences the effects. Could you please tell me whether it’s better to work out more or less?? They’re saying if you work out every day it won’t be as effective as working out every 2nd day but that seems so counter intuitive!!!

The more you workout = the faster results BUT... Working out everyday would mean you can't possibly do my workouts (or HIIT) everyday. You can do lighter low intensity workouts everyday but stuff like mine only 2to4 days per week
