@@CryStealHeart back to 215 today im good now. I think 8-10 pounds a month should be a good ball park. But I've been looking in the mirror more and less at scale now. I'm already pretty healthy because even when I was 295 I played college football it's not like I was a couch potato. I'm strong, can run sub 7 min mile and thats pretty decent considering im 30 pounds over wieght. Just fat. Sorry for being so superficial but im just being honest lol

Ok, I just completed this workout….. I am soaking wet! I did have to take an extended break here and there which made my work out 5 more minutes more but I’m grateful to have finished. I will do this 3x/week, walk and strength train 2x/week, eat clean and increase my water and protein. I will do this for a month straight and will report back with my results. 3/12/24 Weight:290 To be continued…… UPDATE: OK being 100% truthful I fell off the wagon 😕, I began doing this workout in the chair due to a foot injury. I felt (ALTHOUGH I WAS SWEATING GALORE) that being in a chair I wasn't doing enough, burning enough, I thought it would take centuries to lose anything doing a chair workout, so I stopped. Regrouped. Allowed my foot to heal so that I was able to do half seated/ half standing and I did JUST that and I honestly began to feel good about myself and my progress. I'm back on it, not defeated or discouraged, but more eager to conquer my goals without being in my own way. Thus far down 10 lbs, 4 inches on my waist and hips, and 3 inches on my thighs. All in all, I will definitely suggest this workout, even if it means breaking it down into 10-minute increments. I now use 2.5lb ankle weights during this workout and 3lb weights on the punches and 15lb weight and do my squats with those. I can HONESTLY admit, that I believe I would have lost more had I not been defeated or in my own way. Lesson: movement is better than no movement, small losses add up to be a greater loss, and lastly invest in your health before investing in someone else's wealth (take care of me before punching into anyone's time clock). Hope this helps!

You want do it in 30 minutes 😏 🤪 he should've said 30 minutes each day for 3 months would've been more believable, wr as consumers have to stop falling for unrealistic solutions and stop falling for a quick fix it takes time for all things to happen good or bad hard work each day with a good diet plan thats doable is the key.

Dude, I use to watch you about 14 years ago, glad you're still around. I lost you when I changed to a newer channel years ago. However, glad that I found you again, since I am once again trying to lose weight. I'm definitely going to start doing these during my lunch break at work, since I am going to start working 14 hours days, no excuses here, just train and work, and summer 2025 I'll be slim and 2026 I'll be in shape once again.

So nice to see that you're still active with your videos. A couple of years ago I've commented on a couple of indoor bike videos that helped me lose a lot of weight at that time. Sadly my bike since then broke down (it was getting kinda old tbh) and i've noticed that i've gained a few extra annoying pounds, perhaps it's time to start working out again. You are an amazing motivational speaker and trainer!

This works so well I went vegan a month ago and did diet + calorie deficit + cardio and made sure to drink enough water every day and lost a lot of weight went from L in clothes to M I don’t have a scale so I’m not sure how much I lost but I know that my clothes don’t fit me anymore so I clearly lost weight. If you’re looking at comments to see if this worked for anyone else this is your sign to get started you won’t regret it. I don’t recommend doing this everyday though I did it 2-3 times a week

Well I started on 15 July, now it's 3 September and I am way slimmer my clothes are fitting better. I don’t weigh myself cause that doesn't encourage me, cause sometimes in your head you lose more weight than the scale is showing😅But these workouts really really work. I am eating healthier cause I was eating healthy but consuming too many unhealthy snacks. Am motivated, I wake up earlier and work out before work. I feel fit and so happy that I can do these exercises everywhere from my mobile. These workouts from Adrian don't make empty promises. 👌🏾💪🏾

This is the sweatiest most comprehensive workout ever, you need to try it if sceptical. Your arms get burned, your legs get burned and your belly gets burned, all while burning fat. I was in a workout rut and am so glad I tried Adrian's exercises! The chair burpees are deceptive, though I am overweight so as I lose they might get easier. Thanks Adrian!

The people who dislike your content are slow as hell! I’ve seen at least 3 fitness influencers on IG with amazing bodies incorporate the towel exercise and other methods very similar to yours. It’s ok for them to do it but not you? Smh loving your content and I have incorporated the “look betters” into my cardio routine plus fasting in the AM. Adrian please respond! You’ve helped me lose so much weight I started with your videos then eventually got the courage to get into the gym. I was 265 now I’m 177 and I want to get to 140 so I’m back on your channel. I just wanted to thank you for your videos ❤ they always build up a sweat. When I was 265. My original goal was 180. I pushed hard and got past 180 to 172 but went up some. My new goal is to lose 38lbs I did 85lbs and I can do it again. I got this thanks to your videos they always help.

Adrian, YOU are an awesome motivator; I did 10yrs Army 87-97 and the best part of some of that was the workouts, getting great motivators to push you to your limits and be FUNNY is an awesome combo. So far from 275 to 250 im still going, Sub and Like and GO, just moved the blanket into the office so i can do lunch time workouts with ya. THANK YOU! HONORS to YOU!

So I stumbled on your channel in my feed and watched for about half the video. I got out of bed and actually DID the workout and holy poop I’m drenched that was SO SATISFYING! Will definitely keep doing your videos a few times a week plus weight training and hopefully in a few months I’ll be a certified milf lol.

@AdrianBryant around 75 if I add all the extras. But for now just the jacket pants mask so it's about 25 ish? But it's super hot and I'll work up to the full 75lbs.
