My Brother In Law’s Vratham Lunch || Delicious Vegetarian Meal || Infinity Platter

A delightful vegetarian meal at my brother in law’s Satyanarayana Puja.
Our feast begins with a few South Indian specialities - perugu sorakaya, Sambar, palakura pappu, pulihora, methi pulau, Vankaya masala and andhra pulau.
We move up north for some Punjabi choley, aloo rajwadi and my favourite paneer butter masala.
It’s the first time that I tried this dish - Panki with amchur mirchi and I loved it.
Then we have a live pasta counter with a cheesy creamy white sauce pasta and a tomato rich red sauce pasta.
We can’t skip the ever so fun Pani Puri. There’s no way you can eat just one so keep them coming.
I also enjoyed some Ragda chat and Dahi poori.
The mixed vegetable achaar, pickled onions and mango achaar added some spicy zing to the food.
No South Indian meal is complete without some Tomato chutney, coriander chutney
I had one of my favourites - bendakaya fry with peanuts
What’s life without some masala Podis mixed with hot rice and ghee?!
Perugannam definitely needs some appadams, pickle and perugu mirapakaya
And there’s always room for dessert. We had some delicious mango Matki, coconut Chena shot, dry fruit & nuts halwa and my favourite - kulfi with faluda.
This was one delightful vegetarian meal.

Hence replied in English and I don’t need any help in writing BTW as I know when to speak in English and when to use my native language! Few people who encourage these Nepo kids as these so called down to earth(many of their devotees assume they’re so) star kids should also know that their videos are being watched by the people who are even from an uneducated or less literate background and not as fancy as you (you assume so about yourself as you question me if I even know writing in my native language just because I commented in English language 🤣).

Annam parabrahma swarupam and in order to fill the stomachs of the guests that took part in the puja is seen as a luck. Would have been better if you had done a tiny bit of research before commenting, looks like you've never done or attended a vratham in your entire life. No offense.

All we need is Pappu annam neyyi avakai bendakaya vepudu some appadam Charu annam simple yet mind blowing Gongura pachadi or chintakaya with groundnut/ sesame oil (puja leka pote o chinna ullipaya mukka with gongura vo a vere level of heaven) Perugu annam with magaya or a nice ripe mango when in season or even a banana the small variety one I am so easily pleased ❤ Missing home

Interesting, we Odias don't use Onion, Ginger , tomatoes and potatoes in dishes of Satyanarayana puja, it is considered Tamasic or Rajasic respectively. I would love to taste these beautiful dishes Amma. Love to my Telugu bros, Om Namo Venkastesaya.
