Great work. I so wish when my kids were small I had kept a diary/journal etc. I enjoy keeping a journal now (in my Midoris). What paper do you use for your inserts? I like making my own as well. The last I purchased is Hammermil 24 lb and it seems to work well. Thanks for sharing so much and giving me more ideas. LOVE the printed text from you child. So so sweet and for sure a memory

Can you explain how you set up your pages so that the page numbers get printed on the lower outside corner? You mentioned the multi-page layout, but it would be nice to have you demonstrate it on video. Also, what paper do you find works best with the least bleeding through?

+arly helm I use Publisher for the layout, and just put a footer with the page number. Hope that makes sense!

Love the idea of the Running Task List. I think I will also do one for future appointments. I'm so used to the monthly spread that I might merge the two. I struggle the most with how to record future events and appointments, still looking and brainstorming which method suits my needs. Any suggestions are welcomed!

Jane Kaye I just use basic Office Depot copy paper. It's definitely thicker than a typical journal though.

Learnto Crochet yes, 15 pages, but that actually makes 60 pages, because one piece of paper is 4 pages once folded.
