Finaly bought a 2008, c220, w204, 646 with 72K on the clock. Been happily driving a merc for the last week. Your videos have been, and still are, a huge confidance boost that I will be able to look after my merc for many years to come. I know, a c220 is not a c320. my W204 had had the fuel injectors cleaned every 40k miles its at 80k and just had it done not long ago. i thought it was a Foo foo ass money grab, but it REALLY makes a difference, the car runs smooth as glass now that they've just been cleaned

I like when we can see how you work with your,on normal speed , specially when it's about important modifications like this. I had a saab 95 aero with E85 and it was running with stock injectors. And the only thing you could notice was a slightly higher acceleration. And a little more of torque than before tunning the ECU.

@16m47s: Fuel hose between engine and body is rather short (tight). Broken left motor mount might lead to torn off hose and possibly an engine fire.

Great video! I've procured a 2000 ML55 AMG! Working on fixing her up! Tires are next, as I have to daily drive it right now. But $900, for a running driving AMG! OH Yeah!! Tried to find factory service manual on your manual site....no luck....but got a 4 DVD one off eBay. Having some cooling issues, and customary oil cooler leak...LOL Keep the good stuff coming!!

every one knocks the e85 setup on there amarican made cars at the same time complain how can they get more hp. the 3.5 v6 monte runs great on it. it has the 75lb injectors. the only thing it had wrong with it was the week head gaskets that hate that type of heat. changed the gaskets and did a port polish and sleving the valve guide seals. runs a lot better after.

Alex , I have an 09 with just ROTW air boxes and a tune , it was good for about 70+WHP , this is pretty much just bringing the C Class tune back to “stock for the M156 on the non 204 applications , I’m sure that plus your long tubes and the E85 will make this a real monster . Aw man, they don't have a manual for my '59 Hillman Minx! But, that said, I've used those velcro thingies on my CLK, and have found that the adhesive can be not as tenacious as one might really like. Maybe my car is just especially scungy or something, but that's my experience.

I’m thinking about seeing if there is an after market body parts store that produces factory carbon fiber body part for the entire car as well. Replace all of the parts out side of the chrome part on the front and rear bumpers with carbon fiber. What do you think?

Hi Alex! I understand that ehtanol may run cooler than gas, but it has definitely not higher octane number. In fact, as you say the octane is 85/86, compared to the 92 octane number from petrol. This means that the enginge will tend to detonate more, so the module will give the engine more ignition timming? I think it will be grat to just a little deeper in this technical stuff, that is the real reason why not any car can use ethanol
