dumbells are great. I used to exclusively train bodyweight for 6 months, then I hit the gym for a year. Now I have an idea of how to maximize results with minimum equipment at home. For me, a pair of loadable or adjustable dumbbells is a must as it simplifies things. Currently saving for bar and plates since I miss deadlifting so much.

I disagree with the power tower suggestion as you can't use rings or do levers . The pull up mate pictured or a squat bar is way better.

Good point man, I didnt mention on the video but Power Tower is better to limit it to pullups & dips. Sometimes you can also do rows with the dip handles. And with rings you need to be more careful

@@AdrianOnBars No worries I love your content, the only reason I mentioned it was when I was looking to get a pull up bar I originally looked at the tower but realised the pull up mate was massively superior and could be dismantled. Keep up the great work👍👍

hi, i think that you are spanish so saludos desde otra española en reddit. La estación de pull up dónde te la pillaste? Puedes hacer muscle ups de forma segura? De aquí un tiempo dudo entre instalar una barra de pared o coger una tower power o similares. Estoy harta de la barra en la puerta. Gracias por el vídeo y un saludo!

Buenas! La estación de pullup es de una marca llamada Pull Up Mate. Es segura y se pueden hacer muscle ups, pero es mas dificil ya que se levanta ligeramente la barra del suelo. Para el Power Tower lo mejor es limitarlo a pullups y dips e ir con cuidado cuando pones las anillas.

Muy buen vídeo Adrián! Justo me has pillado valorando dejar el gimnasio y empezar a entrenar en casa. Todavía sigo sin tener muy claro como montarlo pero una de las opciones es el pull up mate 2 que es el que tienes tú, si no me equivoco. Siendo una persona que mide 1'95 y pesando un poco más de 100 kgs ¿lo recomiendas? Cómo veo en tu vídeo se pueden hacer muchas cosas (dominadas lastradas, flexiones en anillas, etc), mi principal temor sería el tema de los fondos en anillas para mi peso (ya que en el video lo estás haciendo) si lo soportaría o no.

Gracias Jose! Eso es tengo justamente el pullup mate 2. En cuanto a peso no tienes que preocuparte pero creo que te será un poco incomodo por la altura de la barra. Piensa que yo ya lo he encuentro bajito y mido 1,75. Mírate la versión alta que tienen y sinó te recomendaría un Power Tower que también suelen ser altos.

@@AdrianOnBars Genial! Yo creo que apartando un poco la cabeza no habrá problema y sino a hacer flexiones lastradas en anillas y una caja pliometrica que tb tengo el chaleco de 30 kgs de Capital Sports. Muchas gracias y a seguir con los vídeos 💪😊

Pls use bb for squat, deadlift, lunges, & clean, to compensate lower body, for stabilization & coordination. for as to have a more balanced approach to fitness. now we know!
