Kathryn Newton Actually, the cost has nothing to do with entering a Cannes official selection screening. You can get in if you have a badge. If he was there the day Hollywood premiered, badge and an invitation (aka ticket) would have been required. Any movie showing at the Grand Lumiere theater requires those two.

You should check out the cinematography film festival, Camerimage, in Poland. It's a great atmosphere and very low profile, which makes the whole event feel very humble and easy going. Talked to many fantastic cinematographers there last November! I highly recommend it!
