We might agree on how the countries are being run, but they are definitely stable, you can leave your car and home unlocked there and no one will break in I would think, Somalia has always been stable all until the civil war started and even the US got involved at one point, since then it has been a big mess...not sure if Islam to blame but maybe the individuals who use "Islam/religion" to control people's mind to stay in power

I've been told I'm a racist, sexist, an islamophobe, a bigot, a misogynistic pig, that I hate foreigners, etc but all I do is ask questions, criticise things regularly and look for the truth. I've met some lovely Muslim people but I've also seen and heard the other side of Islam, personally I think it's endemic to most religions. It's the fervent belief in their religions worldview being criticised or even shattered that bring religious people to atrocities, it was very common in Christians for example before the enlightenment and even now after the enlightenment you do get similar situations occur still.

Islam doesn't need a reformation, it just needs to stay in the ME, that's all. We should respect them enough to let them choose how they live. Let their own women fight the fight if they have desire and ability to do so. It's not our problem. If all liberals came to the West then who will reform it? I don't want my country to be the testing ground for some reformation that probably won't work.

Ayaan is a brilliant, heroic, and golden-hearted human being. The 5-things she lists as necessary to change about Islam to reform it are correct. However, such changes are impossible;. 1) without those things there is nothing substantial left, and 2) Anyone who tried to make such changes would be branded a hypocrite/false-Muslim, and become the target of Jihadis; Islam has made itself strong through extreme rigidity, but consequentially utterly brittle. The way to defeat it is by spreading knowledge of what its sources say, and mocking them; make identifying as Muslim humiliating due to what its dogma espouses. This is the way. 😘

Because there are many things that Wokeness encompasses, not just Western feminazism.
