Hey how do you get your birds to not fly away? My cockatiel flew away a month ago and she didn’t learn to descend properly , what’s the best tip on taking them out and free flying?

I trained these guys a lot too free fly, they fly and know how to come back. It's too complicated to explain in a comment here but I have some videos about it
