2023 was tough, especially for AMD GPUs, but I was mining the whole year with RTX 4090 and 4070 Ti. Two months ago I also started mining with the RX 5700 XT rigs, I hope RX 570 will also be on profit in 2024. Greetings from EU. 😊

Hey, at least you had things of value to sell while you had a hard time. I'm sorry you had to do that, if the bullrun cycles continue what cost you money in gear now will cost even more not to be running, but I encourage you that we all go through tough times, and I hope you get to a season where accumulating hardware is good for you again. Everyone goes through periods where they have to rebuild. 2023 was very hard on me in regards to making enough to get by, but towards the end of the year I managed to level up on my job and feel a turning point in my life. I hope you can have your turning point too. We can't always control when these things will happen, but we can help ourselves be open to the opportunities, you know?

In 2023 I mostly upgraded my power and ventilation setup and buying cheap mining supplies but in the last few months I have started turning rigs back on. I can't wait to see what 2024 brings us. I am sticking with 30 series, 5k and 6k series gpus. I am waiting to see if my box of 570s that have paid for themselves over and over again will give a little more. lol

You know, I kept talking 40 series, but never pulled the trigger, you and Panda are right. I keep seeing better opportunities for cheaper hashrate. I may have been skipping 40 series without even realizing it, if that makes sense.

2023 was the year I started mining again after a break from ETC mining, when they changed to POS. I never sold ANYTHING, and so when the winter cold sat in, i booted my mining rigs. It's not like it's profitable mining in most of EU and especially not in DK, Where electrical prices are around 0.28$kwH, but following RPM's example of using miners for heat, it all makes sense. So, Thank you RPM for always keeping us up to date, and helping us navigate in all that's crypto, bear market or not. Happy New Year to you all !

However am back mining with ASICs with KASPA and CPU mining on unmineable and getting back into things. Looking forward to 2024 with regards to mining, hopefuly adding more ASICs. Have a great 2024!

From the USA. No question 2023 was rather difficult and discouraging. I spent my time in 2023 cleaning and repadding all my GPU’s as well as acquiring low powered ASIC’s like the Jasminers. I turned on all my GPU’s back in October when the winter rates kicked in. Where I live, the winter rate is $0.08 kWh. I'm looking forward to the next 18+ months as well as all the new speculative POW projects! Your videos always keep the community informed and upbeat. Keep up the good work!

2023 was actually funny for me. I ended up learning about new crypto tech and played with new systems on the cheap. A lot of chia mining getting nodes setup for cheaper passive income.

I have changed my strategy a lot in 2023. I sold the 10 x 3070TI cards and started SIA mining with asic machines instead. In addition to sia, I also mine BTC with an s17+. I plan to buy an s21 before the price goes up. EU miner here, Happy New Year Panda!

Wisconsin USA here! In 2023 during the winter, I captured the heat from my rigs and pumped it into my home ventilation. During the summer I switched off my least efficient rigs, and kept the efficient ones aimed at coins I believe in for the long haul. I run my mining operation as a home business, so I will hopefully offset my electrical expenses into future profits.

Mined a ton of coins "early' in 2023 and was able to turn some pretty nice profits. Nexa, Novo, KLS, PYI. Used those profits to put some solar on my house so I can actually run something like an s19j pro. Looking forward to 2024!
