Love Jaywalking!! I'm a car guy too, and so I love these great wheels. I'm in the market for a Suburban myself right now, and this kinda helps sell me on the notion lol. I think for me getting in the largest portion of protein for the day occurs in the morning for breakfast too, and I include more nutrient rich foods now than I used to. Adaptation is key like you say Champ, and we should all be aware of our goals, where we are in life, and figuring out what works best with our schedules. I have a hard time getting my meals in, but I don't let it become a stressor. I simply adapt and get in more calories around my activities. Good old common sense. Thanks so much Jay and Dave.
@FS-rf1uj3 жыл бұрын
Very true. Content on adapting as we age and transition will be particularly relevant for those of us who would like to continue training through our 50’s 60’s and even 70s. Ric drasin provided a lot of valuable content on that subject, perhaps as the years go on you can provide the same type of valuable insight.

Yeah it's been raining here in Oklahoma for the last 2 weeks, I feel like I'm living in Seattle, I told my wife that moving to Vegas is looking better and better. I remember when I was stationed out there I didn't see rain for like 4 months, and when it does rain, it usually only rains for about 15 to 20 minutes and it's over and it weird it came down in big drops. I miss Las Vegas.

I really credit Jay for me getting back into bodybuilding. Jay probably don't remember because he meets so many people, but I met him way back after he won his first Arnold Classic, it was at LAX airport he was there waiting for a flight and I told him congratulations on winning the Arnold and I said I always wanted to compete but I hurt my back in a boat accident. But wanted to get back into bodybuilding, and I never forgot what he said, " What's stopping you?" I've put it off and things happen, but now I'm back into the gym every day. Thanks Jay! 💪🏼💪🏼

I’ve heard that same story numerous times. You can have all the exotic Italian stuff, or the bank vault solid but fast and fancy German stuff, but for day to day driving to the grocery store or picking up the kids, a lot of guys seem to prefer their Tahoe’s or Suburbans or big American haulers like that. Maybe they’re just easier to live with and they fly under the radar. Really, how many vehicles does someone need? Jay seems comfortable in his skin......his ego doesn’t need the Lambo.
