That Olaplex 3 is nothing BUT THE TRUTH!! OMG!! Yes that is the real deal. And, I have recently started using Curl Smith products and they have done WONDERS for my low porosity hair!! I Love your videos and am in awe 💙 of your Hair!! It has grown so beautifully. I had to chop mine off really short from mid back length due to cancer treatments in the middle of last year, but it's finally growing back and I can already get it into a ponytail! I'm excited for the growth. What I've been learning from you and others about moisturizing and protien balance has made all the difference in this new growth that I've been seeing!! When I checked out the olaplex products, it is recommended to use olaplex #0 along with olaplex #3 Have you tried the # 0? If so or if not, do you think it is necessary or better to use them together? Or do you feel you get enough benefit from just #3 alone?

I'm high porosity with fine hair..do I need to add heat with my deep conditioners or just put a cap on for 30 mins. with no heat!!! Which is better for me..thanks

Latasha S with high porosity hair your hair cuticles are already open, so a cap with no heat would work for you.

Latasha S I have high Porosity and started deep conditioning without heat and my hair feels amazing after and looking and feeling healthy. For two months now I haven’t used heat. Try deep conditioning without heat and see how your hair feels like.
