So true, I've been using Mike metzers method of training to failure and then resting that muscle group for 4 days or more. Each time I come back to that muscle group I'm pushing past previous plateaus. Also the next day I can feel how tight the muscle is, so it's clear that the muscle has got the signal to grow. Peds would definitely decrease this recovery time but not for me at the moment

I love how all these guys who train seven days a week will tell you what their split is, but they won’t tell you where to get the gear that they’re using to help them recover from that schedule
@46FreddieMercury914 ай бұрын
@@TylerDurden-vb4je that's the thing. People follow professional advice without considering the fact the pros dishing out the same advice are using gear. With a lot of these split routines, there's no real recovery between muscle groups when one is being partially utilised in another groups exercises.

Hey Mr. Jay Cutler, if your reading these?, I’m Andrew And (all sides of my families have known me to me an extremist at most things I do), and I workout at home only with 2 sets of dumbbells and I have 3 sets of flex cords. And I personally have to (it’s a must because “if you don’t have your back, and legs and arms functioning right- with your mind-brain(NO OFFENSE) , but your practically nothing. So I have set my goal to get a very big chest, very big back and traps(neck muscles), and I feel I literally and seriously need to always day and night when I have free time to train arms and legs with my back. But the trouble is I cannot afford a trainer for any money. I hurt my spine (20 plus years ago- no excuses), because I had to carry a heavy book bag in junior high and high school days. I graduated with regular diploma and fought hard for it. But I am determined to get BIG - BUT NOT HUGE- BIG THOUGH. And I would like to big at least 1/3rd of the size you were during your Olympia Days And Also Currently Now Mr. Cutler. Can I get any help from anywhere??
