I miss the simple life. Training to run at a high level with kids and a job is rough

I still don't understand how you only have 43k subscribers. I love your content. Keep up the good work and best of luck on the next race. I'll be starting my next marathon training in a few weeks for the Bayshore Marathon. I'm going for a sub 3:10

I love your simple routine…… running ( of course ),,,, you do planks for your abs, and do push-ups for upper body workout. 🙂👍🏃‍♂️

Hey Elijah! Thanks for the share! Out of curiousity, do you do core / pushups after most every run? Thanks! (bonus question, you coming back to Boston in April?)

And there is Nick Bare the juicer, who is 15-20kg heavier, doing bodybuilding and running 2:39. It really unfair to all people like this, doing the work consistenly for years to be smoked by bodybuilder. I know this dude will go sub 2:30 but still its very small difference for such a different lifestyles

Yes but anyone who has a brain knows that Nick isn’t natty. To me that’s an automatic DQ for any credibility

I believe if you try to fix your landing a litle bit you will get better results . Better mechanics . At this effored you need to work on details to get more results My humble opinion of course .
