Another great thing for people who lift but still want to get good cardio in is 60 120s. Sprint for a minute and do a walk for 2 minutes. Sprint should be all out and not a fast run but a balls to the wall sprint. Do this anywhere from 5 to 10 times. I do them for the Army and they help out a ton for the 2 mile on our test and it helps endurance.

Just got back into your channel after a few years away and I’m blown away with all the content, loving the way your mind works and your humour, keep it up please! I always enjoy the gym and lads stuff but some of your other videos have been legitimately all time for summing up some moments for people our age (I’m assuming you are around 30 like me) and they are in such an awesome, knowledgeable, humorous and almost self deprecating (wrong word probably) tone it’s so refreshing to anything else on KZbin, I want the motivational style video but not the bs that KZbin has turned into. Your videos cut through that and hit way harder. Don’t know how I could of complicated this more but in summary - I really like your videos mate.

Solid vid as always Joe and I know im in no position to critique or give advice however, having gone through what sounds like the exact same issue as yourself (bicep tendonitis coupled with shoulder impingement syndrome) I found that POUNDING the rear delts really helped speed up recovery alongside external banded rotations and wall slides. Maybe one day implement those instead of the front raises which likely aren’t *that* necessary as you are still ohp and flat db pressing. Hope it gets better soon anyway 💪🏼
@JoeDelaneyy4 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate. I do have some exercises prescribed by my physio to do, which include some of those you mentioned, I just didn't include them in the video because they are more remedial/rehab focused than part of my typical training. My OHPs are still at about 50% of my usual working weight, and my flat presses maybe 75-80%, so I am just supplementing with front raises for now. Appreciate the advice still - I will try including more rear delt flyes.
