This video has all the episodes about building my dugout. I decided to summarize the history of my shelter with this video. I have a lot to do in my new cabin, and this requires more effort and time. Enjoy watching all of you!

Is it crazy that the sound of such videos helps me sleep better and suite me. Like fire cracklings, wood chopping, winds.

I don't think it's weird at all! When I go to bed I look for a long one so I can just sleep to it. But sometimes there's suddenly really loud chopping that'll wake me up riiiiight as I'm about to fall asleep lol

This is a very nice dugout shelter/cabin. The earth provides good insulation but I am not a fan of dugouts because, no matter what you do in construction, no matter how much care you take, when heavy rain comes those walls will be leaking like a sieve and water collecting on the floor. Basic, water goes downhill. The best shelters are off the ground.

Only a hundred trees and a gallon of fuel for your chainsaw and modern plastic sheeting. It is still a very nice building, but I'm not sure whether it is 'authentic' enough.... you could have just had the lumber delivered or even a log-cabin kit and the effect would be the same.
