One of my favorite morning routines is a ritual bath. I actually take a large ceramic bowl and mix herbal powders like spirulina, essential oils, crystals, pink salt, rose water, and flower essences. I ask the Divine and channel Reiki into it. I let the hot shower running on be to clear my mind and to set my intention for the day. I then use a shell to pour the blessed water over myself.

It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to hack your flow state minus the hard work. My favorite thing to do in the morning is burning sage to bring in positive energy and then meditate 💛. It brings so much balance.

I drink lemon water room temp & made with spring. I thank God for it, bless it with an intention & drink 32 oz immediately upon getting up. My day never begins with out this, coffee, prayer & meditation, cards with journaling & bible verse reading. Blessings, light & love to you. And thank you for your videos XO

I have a shower first to wash away all that negativity then I do my mini ritual if I am up early enough and then pull a tarot card while having a cup of tea. Then write in my Magical Journal.

I tried this, this morning. It definitely took me a loooong time, I made a detox water with acv, olive leaf extract, lemon juice and chlorophyll and honey. And used my sun and moon tarot cards.. I definitely got lost in it. Thank you for sharing your practice. I hope I can get it down to 20 min and not 2 hrs lol 😂

I am so blessed, even after only doing it a couple times, I automatically start reciting affirmations a few moments after waking up, (it reprograms your subconscious mind if you say affirmations when you are waking up since you’re still in a different brain wave state, can’t remember which one, maybe theta?) afterwards I list many things I’m grateful for to God :) I plan on expanding on my morning routine, maybe adding a cold shower in there!!

Fridays I burn jasmine incense. Other mornings I use my diffuser with jasmine oil or lavender or eucalyptus

Jess I need to go back to doing what you’re doing. I used to wake up 1.5 hours before getting on a train to travel to work. I would take a shower first thing in the morning, make a cup of tea, sit down to meditate, and then journal. It was so good for my heart and soul! I miss that commitment I had for myself and Creator. I still journal first thing in the morning and have a conversation with Creator, but I think I’m going to start making tea again. Thank you for sharing your spiritual morning routine!

I've been thinking I need a morning routine and this is great. I do wonder though on the days your partner is around do you still do the full routine? And do you add anything physical like yoga or stretching? I would love to see a series on the tarot cards, I have a drawer of them I'm sure it's time I learn how to read them lol. The first thing I do every morning is mindfully make a cup of tea. It's grounding and the caffeine of Orange Pekoe wakes me up along with a glass of water. I would love more beginner tarot reading lesson videos. I know you have your school, but maybe you could share some other things here that are less secret 😉💚
