Gmail has recently started a new feature where it reminds you of an email, which it thinks should be replied to (in my case it was an interview invitation asking to share my resume), where I forgot to reply for 3 days. Gmail reminded me, "received 3 days ago, Reply?" Wonderful.

Great video Warikoo sir !! Some hacks I tried - I used "filters" to create a Reading list, Finance etc. related labels. On my mobile, I just enabled mails from Labels (so that my focus is on the right set of emails) and Later at end of day, I go through my inbox (to see if anything needs to be moved to labels) Really helped in my productivity and increasing focus on what should I read.

I have an email hack for you. Mr. Warikoo. The signature tool. When you are sending someone an email, you need not to write everytime your name and designation at the last. Just add it to your signature tool and it will appear on your compose email everytime when you compose an email

1. Now Gmail itself providing that follow-up feature as free. I'm starting to see mail coming into my inbox after three days if I didn't get reply. 2. You can create a filter and categorise either based on domain or sender or based on mail header and archive it to specific folder freely.

Good to know these tips. When creating folders in Gmail, use the prefix as 1_(folder1), 2_(folder2) and so on to always sort the folders list in same order instead of alphabetical.
