I don’t have tik tok so I Know I’m Way behind but you totally got it. Fitness isn’t about a myopic goal but rather showing up, e every day, disciplined. Even once you meet your fitness peak you will feel this way. Showing up is 80% of the work. Obviously you have seen showing up has had tremendous results for you. Keep it up 🙌

I’m sure you know this by now, but what I’m doing to lose weight is a calorie deficit and a HIIT workout for an hour a day. You can burn anywhere from 700-1000 calories in 45 minutes with a HIIT workout. I just wanted to share some advice
@alexholly704623 күн бұрын
This is awesome bro!! My advice for the weights is go full range of motion(full extension), like for example you did really well on chest press on stretching back fully on the way down, but you could extend a lot more on curls for example. You’ll learn over time!! Connect with your core and stabilize on every lift too!! Root to the floor with your core.

I am so impressed with your commitment and determination. You know, I think that it would be a good investment for you to work with a trainer 2-3 times so you can get instruction in proper form for the exercises you are doing. That way you can get the maximum benefit out of the exercises. You can work with a trainer a few times and then continue on your own with the knowledge you have gained. Just an idea. I think you are ready for it! You are doing great!
