NOTHING you said is unusual Julie. The fear WAS you being a great mother. What’s concerning is the women who make babies and have no fear at all about the child’s outcome lifespan or anything at all. You’re amazing Julie. From one scorpio mama to another I’m glad you never gave up gave in or backed down. 🤍

Thank you for sharing your story. I’m not a mother but I do have severe health anxiety every day and also have these morbid thoughts. It’s a struggle to deal with but therapy has been somewhat helpful for me. I know it’ll never 100% be gone but It feels good to know I’m not alone in this struggle. 💛

Please dont say it will never go away.. We/YOU are POWERFUL beings. Our minds can change everything! Either for good or bad. So w that being said your mind has obviously been set to something that us causing you anxiety FROM A PAST TRAUMA. It has now become a subconscious default because of the way our brains work. Once i learned the TRUE science of how the brain works I learned that we can overcome or learn to be ANYTHING we want. YES WE ARE THAT POWERFUL. It's even said in the Bible that we can do ALL that Jesus did AND MORE and now science has proved it. We must learn to change our subconscious thoughts that we were programmed w before the age of 7. Or depending on what your issues are it could be some traumatic experience. Anyway. My point is dont give up or think you have to accept it forever. There is help out there w NEW hypnotic therapies that can help. Please check out Teal Swan here on YT. There is also a therapy modality through the journey dot com that you might want to look into Those are just 2 suggestions but there are many YT videos that can help lead you in the rt direction IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK! Also look up Joe Dispenza or Bruce Lipton to learn the science behind this. YOU can be ALL YOU DESIRE. Hope this helps. GOD BLESS❤

I just came from your pregnancy video. So many of your emotions took me right back to how I felt when my daughter was born 2.5 years ago. Terrified to check on her, convinced she had died, afraid to show her love because I genuinely believed I was going to lose her. I felt so much better when I got help and 6 weeks after I had her, covid shut everything down. I already had so little support and after that, I had none. When she was a few months old I would lay her down and put my nose to hers and rub them together. I made myself connect with her, if even only once a day. I still breastfeed her now, I've always taken care of her, but I was so in my head that I was afraid of myself. I know this video was posted a few months ago and I don't know if you'll see this, but thank you for posting it. I'm happy to be sitting here crying because I made it. We made it. Congratulations on baby number 2 ❤️

THANK YOU FOR SHARING 💙 I just talked about this as well on my channel ! No one understands what we go through or how courageous it is to actually speak up about it. Remembering to give myself grace and take things 1 day at a time .

Thank you for sharing this. I already had anxiety, and when I had my son, it got sooo much worse. I'm almost two years PP, and I'm STILL dealing with PPA. I stay up at night STILL watching him, so make sure he's breathing. I had a traumatic c-section, and I can feel my body still holding onto the anxiety and trauma of that as well. I'm always so worried something could happen to him. He's my world, and the anxiety of the littlest things is very strong. I was told not to tell people I'm dealing with it. It's still a topic people are judgemental about and will judge look at you differently because of it. Like, "You should be happy..." "You're dangerous if you have PPD (they think PPD and PPA are the same)" and they think PPD means you don't love your baby, when that's not it at all... can be... but not always. I hate that it's still taboo, where I live... I've felt so alone, until I found out my bestfriend was dealing with the EXACT same thing, and not telling anyone for the same reason.

Hey there. I want you to know there IS help out there. Look up Teal Swan or some of the new therapy techniques here on YT. The science behind how the brain works is the reason you go through this bit you can CHANGE IT. It's alot to type so look up Daniel Amon. He studies the brain and its a fact we get traumatized and it becomes a set subconscious program and we have to CONSCIOUSLY RESET the program in our head. There's ways to do it so you won't suffer w this . I hope this helps you see a light at the end of the tunnel. There's lots of videos here on YT that you can watch to learn. You won't even have to tell anyone if you are still worried about being judged. Wishing you much love and light. You can do it. God bless
