Depending on what category the employment falls, it could take from 3 weeks - 3 months. Once approved, you would get the approval in principle that would enable you apply for visa

Loll.....well, I believe there are saloons for Nigerians, however I have never been to one before. I know a lady who makes hair really well. For food, you can find everything here, I have a video about African food shopping in Malta

Malta is a great place to live but migrating there is not that easy, particularily if your passport is from outside the EU. Obviously money opens doors but otherwise it won't be easy.
