There are more stories like this out there. They just don't get told on the national level. They get relegated to fluff pieces on the local news. You will rarely, if ever, see stories like this on CNN, MSDNC, NBC, etc. If you do, it's ALWAYS going to be the last story. Liberal media buries stories like these because it doesn't fit their all police are bad narrative. They try and paint stories like these as rarities, when in reality there are more stories like these than those of bad cops. They just never get told.

She's a young looking grandmother. When she said she didn't want a handout, I heard that with everything inside me. I'm going through the most trying time of my life, and finally asked for help. I found myself saying the same thing, by reassuring the person that I would pay them back. I will honor that. This woman wants to hold onto her dignity, especially for those children.
