I very nearly lost my family now I have a different look at what is most important in my life, my wife, my children and grandchildren, my health, and being a good person from the soul being in a good relationship with the all mighty one God . Why is it always the younger brother/sister that the parents love more than the firstborn in these manga? We have a similar situation in a fictional family here in America. In the TV show EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND, Robert is the older brother, who is ignored or put down by his parents in favor of his younger brother Ray. Example, when they were boys, for one Christmas Ray got a bicycle while Robert got socks. But in every other situation that I'm aware of, the eldest child comes first. But here...?

I’ve seen some real life situations too with similar types of parents. Had a friend who was the eldest child but she was an oops baby and the parents wanted a boy as their first child, so when they had a second child who was a boy they basically neglected her. She’s doing much better now while her family is in the toilet. Her brother is cool though even after what their parents tried to do
