Hello everyone👋! Today I have prepared for you this delicious and quick pasta recipe that you can try at home without any special cooking skills!
It's easy and great for a family dinner!

Ingredients for 4 persons)
2 tbsp olive oil.
Salt.
1 onion.
2 carrots.
1 pepper.
1 stick of celery.
1 clove of garlic.
300 grams of pasta.
500 grams of minced meat.
250 ml canned tomatoes.
1 tbsp oregano.
1 tbsp pepper.
2 spoons of pasta water.

Il ragout di carne ( che qui in Italia si prepara senza peperone e bagnando la carne in cottura con un bicchiere di vino ) deve cuocere a lungo, fino a 3 ore. Se lo cuoci almeno un' ora il tuo piatto sarà ancora più buono😀
