"If he had been more demanding, I may have been a better son. But because he was so selfless, I'm a better father. "

Absolutely mesmerized by these jokes and stories! Found your channel on Instagram and was amazed at the insights you have on the human condition and how you see it through the lens of faith. I am Catholic and I have a real passion for our faith’s Jewish history and Tradition. 🤗 May your father RIP. My deepest condolences. He sounds like an incredible man.

This seems amazing! I just came from your video on being punched in the throat/Carpman's drama triangle- this seems like it's going to be one of the best videos ever on KZbin (at least in my opinion.) I'm big on wisdom of our parents. My dad gave me the info your dad did in regards to analyzing people, like at the sports game. I'm very excited to hear your father's insights throughout this video. Thanks for putting forth this video, Rabbi. I'm very grateful for this-- your father's memory is a blessing to me, May his memory be a blessing for others as well !!!!

Your father's memories are a treasure trove of love, laughter, and legacy. May the stories you shared, and the values he instilled continue to warm hearts and inspire.

I've heard the shot of whiskey one from you a few times and still laughed from the beginning to the end. The summary of the class was what really got to me, the deep practicality of being a selfless parent! And the fact that you keep mentioning how your father didn't preach (lessons of his jokes, stories or his approach to life!) and that caused a stronger, deeper impact. I am so grateful you shared about this incredible man that I did not merit meeting, however whose influence is (more than) 100,000 KZbin followers strong. I'm looking forward to hearing you process and flesh out his ideas even further. May his neshama keep ascending higher and may he be a meiletz yosher for us all.

Thank You for sharing - each story and joke comes with a special meaning, so they are all my favorite - you have been Blessed with a great dad and I know he will be missed, you have all of these beautiful memories which you are able to share with the world, if we hold onto these memories our dads will be with us everyday - I worked as a carpenter with my dad for some 25 years before he passed in 1990, I miss him and talk to him everyday - Thank You -

Good morning Rabbi, This is very inspiring. How do we deal with growing up without parents? Your thoughts and how you proudly talk about your father made me cry. They also made me think about epigenetics and how that influences our lives for good and bad. Blessings!

Sigmund Freud walks into a bar and sits next to a Man drinking shots of whiskey as fast as they arrived. The Man breaks down and begins weeping, turns to Sigmund Freud and says "my life is in ruins, I cannot find love, all my relationships fail and the Women I attract all seem to be either narcissists, or psychopaths" Sigmund Freud pats the Man on the shoulder, smiles and says "Your Mum"
