My Favorite Reformer Exercise | OPC

I absolutely love Breastroke on the #Reformer! It also has so many layers. In this video, I talk about ways you can start doing this exercise without using the straps if you're not ready for them. If you don't have a spotter it is especially hard to do. But, keep trying! You'll get so strong and then when you are lucky to have a spotter you'll be so ready! Reach your legs down and away and focus more on the longest length, not the height. #PilatesBreastroke
